I used an electric blender to mix the powder and water together and within 60 seconds, the drink thickened to the consistency of a thin milkshake. At this point, I left the mixture to stand for several minutes and this resulted in the dark chocolate contents sinking to the bottom of my mug. All it needed was a good stir to re-blend the ingredients.

The Meal Replacement came out frothy and the flavour weighed light on my palette. I found the drink quite filling and indeed, experienced an increasing sensation of fullness over the course of the next hour - I suspect this phenomenon was due to the fiber-related contents expanding during its slow absorption liquid.
