I used an electric blender to mix the powder and water together and within 60 seconds, the drink thickened to the consistency of a thin milkshake. At this point, I left the mixture to stand for several minutes and unlike the chocolate version of this product, my vanilla drink did not separate.
The Meal Replacement came out frothy and the flavor weighed light on my palette. I found the drink quite filling and indeed, experienced an increasing sensation of fullness over the course of the next hour - I suspect this phenomenon was due to the fiber-related contents expanding during its slow absorption liquid.
